1. No Refunds

  • All payments for Cyra’s premium subscription are non-refundable.
  • Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except as required by law.

2. Subscription Changes

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges.
  • Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
  • Subscription access remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Lifetime Subscriptions

If offered, lifetime subscriptions apply only for the duration of the Service, are non-transferable, and non-refundable if the Service ends.

4. Payment Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments must be handled directly through your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • We do not provide chargebacks or refunds outside of legally required circumstances.
